The client approached Cranbrook having already obtained planning consent but seeking to improve the internal layout to meet their personal family needs.

Extensive alterations were made to the original scheme to include refurbishment works to the upper levels of the main house.

Cranbrook coordinated all aspects of the project to include the resolution of complex party wall issues and the management of specialist client selected suppliers including sourcing components from a wide range of European manufacturers.
