Working from plans and designs provided by the Client Cranbrook will produce a detailed quotation and specification for the project.

In certain circumstances the client may retain the services of an architect or project manager to represent their interests during the construction phase.

Cranbrook will complete the works in line with the planning approval obtained by the client together with the obligations set out within any Party Wall Agreements.

At the completion of the construction phase and in advance of handing over the project, Cranbrook would meet with the client to carry out a pre-handover audit of the completed works followed by the issue of a Building Regulation completion certificate.

All of the construction works undertaken by Cranbrook would benefit from a service and guarantee package provided by the company.
