A semi-detached property located within a London garden square benefiting from large front and rear gardens.

An ambitious and technically challenging project which required the grant of planning consent for substantial two-storey basement extending not only below the main house but also below the front and rear gardens.

Having been referred to the client Cranbrook were initially instructed to develop the detailed design for the basement and wider alteration of the original property.

Following sensitive engagement with neighbours and having successfully obtained planning approval for the project Cranbrook were retained to construct the basement and above ground extensions
