Design and construction of single story basement comprising family media room, bedroom with ensuite bathroom and utility room.

The client approached Cranbrook having received a recommendation from a professional work colleague.

The property is located in a narrow one-way street just off the busy Kings Road in central London.

Access to the basement construction zone was via a small front garden area. This required careful management of both physical labour and materials to ensure that the project was completed on time.

The client remained in residence throughout the works with the exception of a two-week period when the staircase providing access to the basement was installed.

Cranbrook provided a turnkey design and build service which included the installation of floor finishes, fitted furniture and decoration.
