Single story basement comprising Private Study and Reading Area

Cranbrook were appointed by the client to construct a small basement which would provide an informal private study and reading area.

As a result of the configuration of the existing property the final size of the basement was restricted but the client was delighted with the project when complete.

The Cranbrook site team completed all aspects of construction including the design and installation of a specialist floating stair flight with glass balustrade, timber floor finishes and decoration.
