Design and construction of a basement forming Gymnasium Area and Kitchen Dining Room

Cranbrook were appointed by the client for the design and construction of this complex basement which was situated below a five-storey property in a narrow London Street.

The Cranbrook site team completed all works including the supply and installation of Portland stone flooring and custom-made Portland stone staircase.

The project was completed with the construction of a glazed extension at ground floor level and exterior hard landscaping
