Design and construction of a single level basement comprising Family Media Room, Study, Guest Bedroom, Wine Cellar, Micro Kitchen and Bathroom

The client retained Cranbrook to design and construct a single level basement which would be a fluent extension of his existing period property.

The entire basement interior was carefully curated using a pallet of period finishes to ensure the seamless integration of the basement and above ground levels.

The Cranbrook site team completed all construction works which included the installation of traditional plaster cornice, wainscot panelling and turned staircase components.
