Design and construction of single level basement comprising Kitchen, Dining Area and Ground Floor Glazed Conservatory

Cranbrook were recommended to the client by a work colleague and were duly appointed to design and build a single level basement.

The client brief required a large functional kitchen zone which could double as both a dining area and socialising space.

As part of the construction process the Cranbrook site team completed all aspects of the build including a glazed conservatory, timber floor finishes, kit installation and decoration.
