Design and construction of a single level basement comprising Master Bedroom Suite, Bathroom and Wine Cellar

Having been referred to the client Cranbrook were retained to design and build a single level basement structure featuring a temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar.

The property was situated within the Grosvenor Estate which mandated a series of complex basement and party wall agreements were put in place in addition to standard planning approval.

The Cranbrook site team completed all aspects of construction including the installation of glass floor plates, specialist joinery and decoration.
