Design and construction of single level basement comprising Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom and Study

Cranbrook were appointed to design and build a single level basement structure that would provide a large double bedroom for occasional guest use.

The adjacent ensuite bathroom would include an isolated island bath and separate shower.

A combination of mosaic tiles and ceramic floor finishes were installed including a walking wet room shower environment.

The entire construction process was carried out by the Cranbrook site team.
