Design and construction of a single level basement comprising Family Room, Games Area, Bathroom and Gymnasium.

Cranbrook were appointed by the Client having received a recommendation from a work colleague.

The client brief required the design and construction of an informal family area which benefited from generous floor-to-ceiling height and natural daylight.

It was constructed with large format glazing to enable daylight to penetrate the basement space.

The gymnasium features a sprung floor together with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and storage.

The Cranbrook site team completed all aspects of construction including installation floor finishes and decoration.
