Design and construction of a single level basement comprising Bedroom with Ensuite Steam Shower Room and Study Area

Cranbrook were appointed by the client to design and construct a basement level contemporary living space suitable for guest use.

The initial client brief specified range of contemporary finishes including Crittall metal windows, polished plaster waterproof wall finishes and fitted furniture.

The Cranbrook site team carried out all basement construction which included a finished floor-to-ceiling height of 3 m
